Tuina Anmo is a non-invasive, manual form of traditional Chinese medicine and one of its main pillars besides acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, dietetics and exercise theory (qigong).
Non-invasive means that the skin surface is not injured during use.
Tuina is also known as a Chinese healing massage, but the focus is not only on the outer structures (musculature) is set, as is the case in the classical Western massage, but on the manipulation (acupressure) of acupuncture points also an influence on the inside of the body or the energetic state of the entire organism can be taken.
